With three major residential condominiums surrounding this area, the demographics paved the way for the best function of this space - convenience & comfort. This grocery cafe has all the quick-stop needs of any resident in the area. Bright, bold and colorful, this space exemplifies everyday life in Miami, Florida. Large, 20 foot tall windows expose the entire north facade of this building, flooding the interior with natural light. An eye catching back splash invites the visitor to the main cafe bar where they can order meals, coffee or lunch and take it with them upstairs or to-go! The first floor carries organic produce, non perishables and all the essentials for the busy Miami resident.
